About portraits of the Grand Dukes, Duchess, King and Queen of Lithuania
The cycle of portraits of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania consists of 9 portraits of the Grand Dukes, Duchess, King and Queen of Lithuania. Renata is inspired by the work of the famous artist Pablo Picasso, the so-called blue period, and chooses to depict all the great rulers of Lithuania using almost exclusively the blue palette, also associating it with the royal, blue blood. Shades of steel give you the strength of armor, shades of gold give you the grandeur of a crown, and shades of milk give you an abundance of pearls.
